Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg
- Adapt quickly to new healthcare protocols and electronic medical record systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to JCAHO standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Provide orientation and mentorship to facility staff as needed
- Complete all required continuing education and competency validations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong clinical skills in at least one specialty area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
