Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense and verify medications using remote pharmacy management systems
- Provide telepharmacy consultations and patient education via secure digital platforms
- Maintain precise electronic health records and regulatory compliance documentation
- Collaborate with pharmacists on medication therapy reviews and clinical interventions
- Manage inventory control and medication procurement through digital inventory systems
- Support on-site operations during quarterly in-person team rotations at Pittsburgh facility
- Adhere to HIPAA protocols and state pharmacy board regulations
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience with remote/hybrid work exposure
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., Omnicell, QS/1)
- Exceptional telecommunication and digital documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and medication safety knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional facility visits
