Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations to prepare patients for blood collection procedures
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws using remote-guided techniques
- Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, and documentation via electronic systems
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance during all patient interactions

Qualifications
- Current California Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT or Phlebotomy I/II)
- Minimum 2 years clinical blood draw experience

- Valid BLS/CPR certification
