Responsibilities
- Perform accurate blood collections via venipuncture and capillary draws during scheduled patient visits in Mesa, AZ
- Process and transport specimens securely while maintaining HIPAA compliance protocols
- Provide exceptional patient education and support during collection procedures
- Collaborate with telehealth teams to optimize patient care coordination
- Maintain detailed electronic health records and quality documentation
- Implement infection control and safety standards at all collection sites
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical phlebotomy experience
