Responsibilities
- Deliver remote patient assessments and interventions via telehealth platform
- Monitor patient vitals and medication adherence during night hours
- Collaborate with on-site teams for emergency response coordination

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX) with unrestricted status
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care
- Proficiency with telehealth technologies (e.g., Zoom for Healthcare)
- Valid BLS certification with willingness to obtain ACLS
- Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with Epic or EHR systems preferred
