Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality virtual patient assessments and care coordination
- Administer medications and treatment plans via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient-centered care
- Document accurate and timely electronic health records

Qualifications
- Active WI RN license (unrestricted)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth technology
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- BLS/ACLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in med-surg, telemetry, or ICU preferred
