Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and triage via telehealth platforms.
- Administer medication management and treatment plans as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical notes accurately and in real-time.
- Provide patient education and counseling to promote health and wellness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all state nursing regulations and HIPAA standards.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and emergencies within the remote care scope.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience (preferably in telehealth or primary care).
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace.
