Position Summary:
As a Remote Registered Nurse, you will bridge the gap between clinical expertise and digital healthcare. You will provide high-quality patient assessments, triage, and case management support through secure virtual channels, ensuring our patients receive the same level of care as if they were in our lobby.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and virtual triage using secure telehealth software.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide detailed patient education regarding medications, treatments, and disease management.
- Accurately document all clinical interactions, assessments, and interventions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Monitor patient progress remotely and escalate critical issues immediately to on-call providers.
- Collaborate with social workers and case managers to ensure holistic patient support.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Colorado (or a compact state).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (Telehealth experience a plus).
- Proficiency in navigating electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
