Responsibilities
- Conduct remote patient monitoring and vitals assessment via secure digital platforms.
- Document patient health information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and nursing staff regarding patient status.
- Provide health education and support to patients and their families.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and privacy standards.
- Assist with triage and referral processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with telehealth software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or GED required.
