Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual patient assessments and consultations via telehealth technology
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

- Provide remote medication management and patient education

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience
