Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone/video calls to determine urgency and care pathways
- Provide clinical guidance and education to patients for self-care or emergency referrals
- Document encounters accurately in EMR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with providers to coordinate care for high-risk patients
- Manage chronic disease cases through remote monitoring protocols
- Participate in after-hours rotational coverage as scheduled
- Maintain quality metrics for response times and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada with minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proven triage or urgent care background
- Exceptional assessment and decision-making skills
- Proficient with telehealth platforms and EMR systems
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with remote monitoring technologies
