Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telephone/telehealth patient assessments using evidence-based protocols
- Accurately determine patient acuity levels and prioritize care needs
- Provide clinical guidance and education to patients regarding treatment options

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX)
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Valid BLS/CPR certification

- Strong communication skills with cultural competency
