Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth patient assessments and prioritize care urgency
- Collaborate with physicians to develop patient care plans
- Document clinical encounters using EHR systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Provide patient education on symptoms and treatment protocols
- Manage high-call-volume triage during peak hours
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance in all digital communications
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active NY RN license with minimum 3 years clinical experience
- ACLS/BLS certification required
- Proven telehealth or virtual triage experience
- Expertise in EHR documentation (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong written communication abilities for digital patient interactions
