Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone/video calls using clinical protocols to determine urgency
- Provide accurate health advice and triage recommendations for diverse patient populations
- Document encounters in EHR systems with precision and HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with providers to coordinate care for complex cases
- Manage medication refill requests and chronic condition monitoring
- Train on telehealth platforms and maintain digital competency

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS certification and current triage training/certification
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with EHR documentation (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
