Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough virtual patient assessments via telehealth platform
- Provide accurate triage recommendations for acute/non-acute conditions
- Collaborate with physicians to develop patient care plans
- Document clinical encounters using Epic EHR systems
- Manage patient callbacks and follow-up communications
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all digital interactions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX-RN)
- 3+ years ER/urgent care triage experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace
