Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments via telehealth platform
- Triage patient calls using standardized protocols and clinical judgment
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR system
- Coordinate care with local providers and specialists as needed
- Provide health education and discharge instructions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Minimum 3 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Proficient with telehealth technology and EMR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with remote patient monitoring preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
