Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, Med-Surg)
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain strict infection control standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Adhere to JCAHO and facility-specific guidelines
Qualifications
- Active GA RN license required
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications mandatory
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted)
- Flexibility for 12-hour shifts
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Valid US passport for travel assignments
