Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the nursing staff immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current RN or CNA license in the state of Louisiana (or willing to relocate to Florida locations).
- CPR/BLS Certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care facility is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient safety.
