The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented RN to monitor patient vitals and provide high-quality telehealth care during the night hours. This is a critical role that requires precision and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs via telehealth platforms.
- Document patient interactions accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Provide patient education and medication management guidance remotely.
- Respond to emergency alerts and escalations during the night shift promptly.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state eligibility).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in telehealth or critical care.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with telehealth software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
