Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient histories, assessments, and care provided accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patient care.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care or relevant nursing experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
