Your Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and triage via telehealth platforms.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with state regulations and provider protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic patient management.
- Provide patient education and counseling to promote health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and manage urgent care needs within defined parameters.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Computer proficiency with a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
