Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document vital signs and medical histories accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatment, escalating concerns immediately to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Participate in shift handovers and departmental meetings to ensure continuity of care.
- Adhere to all infection control policies and OSHA safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; new graduates welcome.
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Experience: No prior travel experience required; strong clinical skills and a passion for learning are essential.
- Skills: Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and excellent communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
