Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality 2D motion graphics and visual effects for digital campaigns, social media, and web platforms.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and developers to ensure creative vision aligns with technical requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust library of reusable assets, ensuring brand consistency across all projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Review and refine animation sequences to ensure smooth timing, pacing, and visual appeal.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in motion design and animation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or graphic design.
- Extensive proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D animation styles and techniques.
- Deep understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, easing, squash and stretch).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly on designs.
