Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Strategy: Design and implement the core AI infrastructure roadmap specifically tailored for the 2026 technological landscape, focusing on scalability and energy efficiency.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment of large-scale LLMs and generative models, optimizing for latency and throughput in high-traffic environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.
- System Optimization: Continuously refine our data pipelines and model training workflows to reduce costs and improve predictive accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Edge AI) and integrate viable solutions into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems and lead architectural decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
