Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of our proprietary AI platforms, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance for 2026 workloads.
- Model Optimization: Drive the research and implementation of state-of-the-art algorithms, specifically optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ethical AI: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and compliant with evolving regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Strong ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies for the 2026 technological landscape.
