Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to senior clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to care coordinators

- Maintain detailed care logs and client documentation

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Ohio state nursing assistant certification (CNA) required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
