Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision and compassion
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities safely
- Comprehensive home support including light housekeeping and laundry services
- Engage clients in meaningful social interaction and cognitive stimulation activities
- Maintain detailed care logs and communicate effectively with family members and medical teams
- Implement personalized care plans developed by our clinical supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or equivalent training/certification
- Valid Colorado Driver's License and reliable personal transportation
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with vulnerable populations
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical care tasks safely
- Background check and TB clearance required
