Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care for seniors with mobility assistance and daily living support
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision
- Coordinate with families and healthcare providers for seamless care continuity

- Maintain detailed care logs and update care plans proactively

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional caregiving experience with verifiable references
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) license required
- CPR/First Aid certification and ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong emotional intelligence and patience working with dementia/Alzheimer's clients
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record
