Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients adhere to dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to reduce loneliness.
- Monitor and report changes in a client's physical or mental condition.
- Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings using a personal vehicle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience as a CNA, HHA, or Home Health Aide is preferred but not required.
- Passion for senior care and a patient, kind demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
