Job Summary
We are currently hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in the Minneapolis area. In this role, you will become a vital part of your client's daily routine, ensuring they live safely and happily at home.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Monitor clients' health, reporting any changes in condition or mood to the care team.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social events, and recreational activities.
- Administer medication and track dosages as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve the client's quality of life.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
