Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor for any adverse reactions or health changes.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe environment.
- Accurately document daily care logs and communicate updates to the care team and families.
Qualifications
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
