Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance (ADLs).
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, reporting abnormalities to the nursing staff.
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patient safety at all times.
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care status and updates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Administer medication as directed by licensed personnel, following strict protocols.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA or LPN license in the State of California.
- CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but we welcome new graduates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
