Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, synthesizing global signals across technology, geopolitics, and socioeconomics
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents and risk assessments for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities and threats
- Establish proprietary foresight methodologies and maintain Horizon Dynamics' thought leadership position
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into innovation pipelines and product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive committees with data-backed narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications preferred
