- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D on emerging technology integration and risk assessment
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across all business units
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, APF)
