Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product development and investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate predictive analytics into organizational planning processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
