Responsibilities

- Develop scenario planning models to prepare organizations for future uncertainties
- Conduct high-impact trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future readiness and innovation strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Build cross-functional partnerships with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Maintain an ecosystem of futurist networks and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing 2026+ strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leader in futurism or adjacent fields
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
