- Lead strategic foresight initiatives including horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact assessments
- Design and pilot disruptive proof-of-concepts in emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable systems)
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Build and mentor an innovation lab team while managing R&D partnerships with global research institutions
- Translate foresight outputs into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi analysis, STEEPLE frameworks)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (AI ethics, biotech convergence, space economy)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
