- Produce evidence-based trend reports with quantitative/qualitative forecasting models
- Advolve product development teams in integrating future-ready technologies
- Represent company at global innovation forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and scenario modeling
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with documented impact
