Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable systems through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruption and societal evolution
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Produce high-impact future-state reports and white papers for internal stakeholders and industry partners
- Design and execute innovation workshops with global teams to prototype 2026+ solutions
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts across 15+ countries
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or Business with 7+ years of foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data from diverse sources into coherent narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations and managing innovation portfolios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (books, journals, major conferences)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, backcasting) and digital collaboration tools
