Responsibilities
- Develop and validate 2026+ scenario models using quantitative forecasting and qualitative trend analysis
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating technological disruption and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact deliverables including horizon scanning reports and scenario planning frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing principles into product lifecycles
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions and their real-world impacts
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Trendalyzer) and data visualization
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
