Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' strategic foresight reports
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive tech trends
- Design and validate 5-year innovation roadmaps using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and market readiness
- Present strategic insights at global industry forums and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
