As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research institutions, and government agencies to develop robust scenario-planning frameworks. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investment decisions and policy formulations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech, biotechnology) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into strategic roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy experts
- Advolve on emerging regulations and ethical frameworks for transformative technologies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scenario-planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Strong presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level briefings
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution) highly valued
