Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends, technologies, and socio-economic patterns to develop actionable 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into future scenarios and opportunity frameworks
- Design and implement foresight methodologies including horizon scanning, Delphi studies, and trend impact analysis
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into organizational strategy and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend reports, scenario plans, and strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future insights into executive-level strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects for Fortune 500 clients
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis) and data visualization platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
