Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Conduct advanced trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Design and deploy scenario-planning models for disruptive technology adoption curves
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence database with 10,000+ data points
- Author thought leadership publications read by Fortune 500 executives
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive methodology and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of developing 5+ technology disruption scenarios that materialized
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi method, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization skills with Tableau/Python/R
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier business publications
