Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify emerging trends, technologies, and disruptive forces impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings and visionary workshops
- Establish key performance indicators for tracking strategic initiatives and future-readiness metrics
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data visualization and research methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations or thought leadership publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
