Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to build 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models using proprietary simulation tools and quantum computing platforms
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams to align innovation roadmaps
- Author quarterly white papers on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate frontier technology investments
- Design ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies (neurotech, autonomous systems)
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and key stakeholders with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and predictive modeling tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep understanding of emerging tech convergence: AI, quantum, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and Python
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
