- Appeal denied claims with supporting documentation
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Analyze aging reports and resolve account discrepancies
- Collaborate with clinical teams for coding clarification
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in outpatient setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential required
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and NextGen billing systems
- Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with EHR/PM software and claim scrubbers
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
