- Resolve complex billing denials and AR exceeding $500K
- Ensure HIPAA compliance for 200+ patient records daily
- Train junior billers on Epic/Cerner EMR systems
- Analyze CPT/IC-10 code accuracy monthly
- Liaise with providers to clarify documentation gaps
- Optimize charge entry workflows for 15+ clinics
Qualifications
- 5+ years medical billing experience in multi-specialty practice
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credentials
- Expertise in Medicare Advantage and EOB reconciliation
- Advanced proficiency in NextGen or AdvancedMD platforms
- Proven track record of reducing A/R days by 30%+
- Strong analytical skills with Excel pivot tables
- Spanish bilingual preferred
