Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense and verify medications following sterile compounding protocols
- Manage prescription processing and inventory control systems
- Provide exceptional patient counseling on medication usage and side effects
- Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure optimal drug therapy outcomes
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality standards

Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license required
- PTCB or ExCPT certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years hospital pharmacy experience
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., Omnicell, Cerner)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
