Responsibilities
- Perform complex venipuncture and specimen collection procedures with exceptional precision
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Train and mentor junior phlebotomy staff on advanced techniques
- Utilize LIS systems for accurate specimen tracking and documentation
- Collaborate with laboratory and clinical teams for seamless patient care
- Implement quality assurance measures to exceed regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical or lab setting
- Current ASCP or AMT certification required
- Proven expertise in difficult venipuncture and pediatric draws
- BLS/CPR certification with current credentials
- Strong proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS)
- Exceptional communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Associates degree in Medical Technology or related field preferred
